All DotStore orders are processed only after:

  • Quotation approval by the customer

  • Payment confirmation

  • Verification of product specifications and quantity

Order processing time generally ranges from 1 to 7 working days, depending on product availability and customization requirements.

2. Shipping Method

  • Products are shipped directly from manufacturers, distributors, or partner warehouses.

  • DotStore works with reliable third-party logistics and courier partners.

3. Delivery Timeline
